5Stomp left foot in beside right with toes pointing right

17-18Step right onto right foot, raise left foot up behind & slap heel with right hand
19-20Step left onto left foot turning 45 degrees left, keeping 45 degrees angle, tap right heel straight forward and lean back
21-24Right vine-step right onto right foot, step left behind right, step right to side, stomp left beside right
 
25-26Step left onto left foot, raise right foot up behind & slap heel with left hand
