Do the hip bumps go double side to side or alternate front back front back?

Helaine June 15, 2025
You will notice the videos show it both ways and the stepsheet says to rock hips diagonally. No wonder you can’t be sure!
Thank you for asking. Originally I mean it to be done facing the diagonal while moving hips forward, back, forward, back. It works whatever way is comfortable for you. All variations are acceptable.
