Would it be easier to turn 1/4 at the end of left vine?

Hi Paul, Thank you for your comment. Yes, it would be easier to do a vine and turn left, but I thought this step made the dance different. That same 4 counts with the 1/4 left and vine right is in Country As Can Be and my AB class loves that step, so I like to give them steps they like. I have no objection to you changing the steps for your class if you like. I hope that your class enjoys the dance as much as my classes. You can split the floor with N. I try to make the transition from left vine with 1/4 turn to right vine easier for my class. I’ve noticed when I step back after right vine instead of doing a left vine in a a shell room dancers on the edge of room end up against a wall.
Not an issue dancing in the center of a large gym floor.

I meant dancing in a small room.

I notice the demo FengShan Senior Center instead of diagonal step together step touch they pass feet and walk the steps. This seems to have a different feel.

Hi Paul, I noticed that also, but the main thing that I noticed is that they are off on the intro. They are 8 counts behind. I didn't say anything before, but I think i will comment that they started the dance late, so they are off 8 counts. They are doing the last 8 counts of the dance when they should be starting the dance over. The intro using the Bruce Channel song is 32 counts, and the intro using the Max Jackson song is 16 counts.
