5-8Butterfly: with feet planted firmly on the floor and knees slightly bent, move knees in-out-in-out while arms and hands make a figure 8, moving in-out-in-out and palms face down while moving in and up while moving out. Make this a fluid motion with hands moving no farther apart than shoulder width.
