5 - 8Paddle turn to left (touch R to side, while turning 1/4, repeat 3 more time until you face 12 o'clock again)

(17-24) Rock, cross behind turn 1/4, step, syncopated fwd rocks R & L
1, 2, 3 & 4Rock L to left, recover weight to R, cross L behind R, turn 1/4 to right, step fwd on R
