(1-8) Vine right/hook/step hook/step hook
1-4Step right foot to the right, step left foot behind right, step right foot to the right and hook left foot in front of right knee.
5-6Step on left foot to left and hook right foot in front of left knee.
7-8Step on right foot and hook left foot in front of left knee.
(9-16) Turn ¼ left and shuffle forward/brush/Rocking Chair
1-4Step left foot ¼ left and shuffle (L,R,L). Brush right foot up.
5-8Rock forward on right foot, rock back on right foot, keeping left foot in place.
