As toes go out bring arms in bent at elbow so that left fist is in front of left shoulder & right fist is in front of right shoulder&9-10For & hitch right knee & punch right fist in air, repeat counts 1&211-12Feet in place wave right thumb over right shoulder twice as though hitching a lift!!
