After a fun workshop in Sendai, Japan, we went dancing at this place called "Bar Isn't It"

HEEL-HOOK, HEEL-HOOK - VINE RIGHT WITH A TOUCH
1-4Touch right heel forward; hook right heel across left shin; repeat counts 1-2
