A dance for people who are in a mellow mood. If you are not in such a mood you will be by the end of the dance. The steps are not difficult but section 1 and especially 4 are still a challenge for quite a few dancers because of the syncopations. The music is a slow soul track, very suitable for older dancers and at the end of the dance I invariably get very positive comments every time we dance it.
