1-4Step RF to R side, Cross LF behind RF, long step with RF to R side, Drag LF to the RF, prep for full turn
5-6Step out with LF while turning 1/4L, step back with RF turning all the way back to the front
7&8End with a LF coaster step

Section #2: Back Sweep, Coaster Step, Scissor steps
1&Step back with RF while moving LF back in a sweeping motion
