TOE/HEEL - HOOK - SHUFFLE
1-2Tap right toe (turned in) beside left foot, tap right heel (toe turned out)
&3&4Hook right foot under left knee, shuffle forward on right foot (right, left, right)

TOE/HEEL - HOOK - SHUFFLE
5-6Tap left toe (turned in) beside right foot, tap left heel (toe turned out)
&7&8Hook left foot under right knee, shuffle forward on left foot (left, right, left)

ROCK FORWARD - ROCK BACK - SHUFFLE
1-2Rock forward on right foot, rock back on left foot
3&4Shuffle moving backwards right, left, right

KICK BACK, BACK - SHUFFLE
5&Kick left foot forward, step left foot back passed the right foot
6Step passed the left foot with the right foot
This is like a kick ball change but moves backwards
7&8Shuffle backwards on left foot (left, right, left)

STEP - BEHIND - & CHANGE & CHANGE
1-2&Step right foot to right, step left behind right, step right foot to right
3&4Bring left across in front of right, step right foot to right, step left foot behind right

STEP - BEHIND - & CHANGE & CHANGE
5-6Turning ¼ right: step right to right side, step left behind right
7&8Turning ¼ right: repeat counts &3&4
These 8 counts form a ½ arch movement or you can weave /double vine for 8 counts instead of the double time but you must turn a ½ to the right

TWO SAILORS SHUFFLES (RIGHT & LEFT FOOT
1&2Step right foot behind left foot, step left foot to left side, step right foot slightly to right
3&4Repeat with left foot

CROSS ½ TURN - CROSS 1/ 4 TURN
5-6Cross right foot over left, ½ turn to left using hip to right
7-8Cross the right foot just in front of left foot, and turn a ¼ to the left using hips
If the foot cross over too far you will turn further than the ¼
Optional hip pushes

REPEAT
