There are three different dances with this same title, but this seems to be the more popular of the three across America.

May be a High Beginner dance but definitely not an Advanced level dance.

There seems the be an error in part C?. This is the same on all sites where this dance is listed. But I believe part C starts with a grapevine left, as in the demo. Agree with the last comment, intermediate ,also great fun!

We dance this to Billy Joel's version as a phrased AB-ABC-ABC-ABA and it works perfectly!

I think when this dance was created, most dances were either beginner or advanced (Improver and Intermediate weren't used very much, if at all). I certainly wouldn't classify it as high beginner with 'ABC' sections - I'd go with high Improver/Intermediate. I also agree with BarbBoogie: AB-ABC-ABC-ABA works best.
