1-2Dig right heel forward, grind heel moving toes right, crossing left foot over right
&3Step diagonally back right, dig left heel diagonally forward
&4Step left back to place, cross right over left
5-6Dig left heel forward, grind heel moving toes left, crossing right foot over left

On counts 1-2 and 5-6 you can lift yourself slightly higher as you grind your heel
