29With weight on balls of feet, swivel both heels out as you clap hands over your head
30With weight on balls of feet, swivel both heels in, bring hands down in front of you wriggling figures (like raindrops!)
31With weight on balls of feet, swivel both heels out, continue to bring hands down in front of your body
32With weight on balls of feet, swivel heels back to centre, and continue to bring your hands down to your sides
