4-6Brush left foot next to right, step forward on left foot, touch right toe behind left foot
7-8Step back onto right foot, touch left heel forward

1-4Step back onto left foot, step right foot back next to left, step left foot back, touch right heel forward

ROCK, RECOVER, ¼ TURN, HOLD, ROCK, RECOVER, STEP CROSS, HOLD
1-4Rock back onto the ball of your left foot, recover weight forward onto right, cross step left in front of right making a ¼ turn left, hold
