Start: Dance begins with singing

Section 1 - 2x Heel Strut (r,l), Step forward (r), Recover, Toe Strut back
1-2Tap RF heel at the front, strain RF completely
3-4Tap LF heel at the front, strain RF completely
5-6RF step forward, weight back on left,
7-8Tap RF foot tip at the back, lower RF heel
