STEP FORWARD, ROLL KNEE FORWARD AND BACK, STEP FORWARD, ROLL KNEE FORWARD AND BACK KICK-BALL-CHANGE, STEP FORWARD, PIVOT ¼ TURN TO LEFT
1-2Step forward on the ball of your right foot as you roll you right knee forward and back in the shape of a "C". (when you roll back, set foot completely down and shift weight to it.)
3-4Step forward on the ball of your left foot as you roll you left knee forward and back in the shape of a "C". (when you roll back, set foot completely down and shift weight to it.)
5&6Kick right foot forward, set right next to left as you lift left off of ground, set left next to right
7-8Step forward on right, pivot ¼ turn to your left shifting weight to left foot

2 SAILOR SHUFFLES, 2 SHUFFLES FORWARD
1&2Step right behind left, step left to left side, step right foot slightly forward and to right
3&4Step left behind right, step right to right side, step left foot slightly forward and to left
5&6Shuffle forward - right, left, right
7&8Shuffle forward - left, right, left

PIVOT ½ TURN TO LEFT, SHUFFLE FORWARD, FORWARD ROCK, COASTER STEP
1-2Step forward on right, pivot ½ turn to your left shifting weight to left
3&4Step right behind left, step left to left side, step right foot slightly forward and to right
5-6Rock/step forward on left and shifting weight back on right
7&8Step back on left, step back on right, step forward on left

SIDE ROCK, STEP BEHIND-AND-CROSS, SIDE ROCK, STEP BEHIND-AND-STEP FORWARD
1-2Side rock - rock/step right to right side shifting weight from right to left
3&4Step right foot behind left, step left to left side, cross right foot over left
5-6Side rock - rock/step left to left side shifting weight from left to right
