Maestro MIDAS-FIDS di Danze Country Western, Campione Internazionale europeo di Country Western Line Dance dal 2009 al 2015 ,
Campione italiano Master Class dal 2006 al 2016, Competitore nazionale ed internazionale nella "combinata dieci danze", Tecnico Federale di danze country, Responsabile Nazionale, ma anche presentatore ed intrattenitore di manifestazioni ed eventi, ed oramai anche uno dei coreografi più apprezzati nel mondo della danza.
La sua passione per il country, la sua determinazione,il suo stile inconfondibile ed il suo carisma, hanno portato la sua accademia L'ETNA COUNTRY STYLE a distinguersi, nel corso degli anni dal 2007 ad oggi, in tutte le manifestazioni, competizioni, gare nazionali, regionali ed internazionali, conseguendo sempre successi importanti e portando in alto il nome della Sicilia ( partecipazione ad eventi, trasmissioni televisive quali ITALIAN'S GOT TALENT (Canale 5), LA VITA IN DIRETTA (Rai 1), BALLANDO ON THE ROAD (Rai 1 con MILLY CARLUCCI ed il suo Staff).
L'ETNA COUNTRY STYLE trae la sua forza dalla carica e dall'energia che il maestro JOE SCACCIANOCE ha sempre trasmesso e che continuerà a trasmettere.
I sacrifici di tutti sono ripagati dalle manifestazioni e competezioni, dove gli allievi sono protagonisti, esprimendo al meglio le loro capacità all'insegna della passione del sacrificio e del divertimento.
Inoltre Joe e' stato protagonista di alcuni film Western made in Italy:

ed il protagonista indiscusso dell'ultimo grande successo
