Russell Breslauer; International Choreographer and Teacher
Russell Breslauer teaches line dance at the Golden Gate Park Senior Center (GGPSC) and Hamilton Recreation Center in San Francisco. Most of his classes are for beginning line dancers. He also choreographs line dances. He has over 50 dances published on line at Copperknob, a web site with line dance step sheets.
His dances have been picked up around the world. Some are even online on YouTube by other groups from Canada, Singapore and Southern California. He has had correspondence from all over the United States, (Southern California, Oregon, Salt Lake City, New York, Maryland, and Tennessee), and other countries such as Canada, Singapore, Taiwan, and Spain. He has been a guest teacher in Ashland, Oregon; Rosemead, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; Hawaii, Hawaii and Madrid, Spain.
Russell Breslauer has choreographed 228 dances, of which 4 have been co-choreographed. Their first published stepsheet on CopperKnob is Lifetime of Waltzes from May 2011, with their most recent stepsheet of AB Tennessee Flat-Top Box in April 2024.
